My Hobbies, Which I Just Started This Morning

Sourdough bread: A brand new pursuit I started 45 minutes ago. There is no four-year-old starter named Gerald. There is no Gerald.

Film photography: Just picked up my first camera this week. The first 39 rolls were practice and shouldn’t count.

Ceramics: A fresh passion, completely unrelated to the 23 bowls I made and gave myself as gifts.

Calligraphy: Began yesterday. Not sure why my hands instinctively know the grip. Beginner’s luck.

Emergency medicine: Just kidding. I don’t know why I wrote that. Moving on.
